In Short

• Oversee key day-to-day transportation operations.
• Quote, book, and track inbound POs.
• Update shipment status in Netsuite.
• Audit and approve inbound transportation invoices.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.
• Enter and track shipments in the Emerson temp tracker.
• Create parcel labels in Shipstation.
• Assist with BOL creation and outbound scheduling.
• Rotate on-call with transportation team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with detail-oriented office work.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to self-learn additional programs.
