In Short

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of packaging materials.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming packaging shipments.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery timelines.
• Organize storage areas for efficient access.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Integrate AI processes into workflow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move packaging materials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of packaging materials is a plus.
