Overview

The Senior IAM Engineer at CrowdStrike plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's identity infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access management.

• Design and implement IAM solutions focusing on Active Directory, Okta, and MFA.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Develop role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide escalation support.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical IAM systems support.
• Create and maintain documentation for IAM systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and access reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Support scalable identity solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IAM with expertise in Active Directory and Okta.
• 5+ years of hands-on implementation of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience with MFA solutions and security management policies.
• Proficient in PowerShell/Python and API Development.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and process automation.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta certification) are a plus.
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
