Senior Consultant - Red Team Blue Team - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Consultant at CrowdStrike, you will lead Red Team Blue Team engagements, working closely with customer security teams to enhance their detection and response capabilities.

• Lead and execute Red Team Blue Team (Purple Team) engagements.
• Assess customer security controls and detection capabilities.
• Guide teams in developing custom detection rules.
• Provide coaching during exercises to improve response capabilities.
• Document findings and present recommendations.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance services.
• Stay updated with emerging threats and strategies.
• Support development of custom scenarios based on client needs.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• 2-3 years conducting Red Team Blue Team exercises.
• Experience with various security technologies.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer-facing projects.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
