Incident Response Principal Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large sets of data.
• Conduct intrusion investigations under the direction of outside counsel.
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics across various platforms.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through various public speaking events.
• Experience in team leadership in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of targeted attacks and incident remediation.
• Knowledge in cloud incident response methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in incident response investigations.
• Background in computer forensic analysis.
• Knowledge of network protocols and analysis tools.
• Ability to perform malware analysis.
• Strong understanding of secure network architecture.
• Desire to grow both technical and soft skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice, up to 30% of the time.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.
