Overview

Humata Health is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered healthcare solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to validate real-world workflows and investigate complex issues. This is a hybrid or remote position on a fast-paced and mission-driven team.

In Short

  • Develop test plans and test cases based on product and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with product managers and customer success teams to understand user workflows
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues from internal testing and customer reports
  • Participate in agile development cycles to verify stories and features during sprints
  • Run regression tests before releases to ensure overall system stability
  • Identify edge cases and usability concerns through manual exploratory testing
  • Log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like JIRA
  • Contribute to refining testing tools, practices, and workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment
