The Sourcing Specialist-VSP is responsible for interviewing candidates for both hourly and salaried roles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of departmental and organizational strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Experience presenting information to leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of physician recruiting resources.
• Recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
• Workday experience is a plus.
