Overview

The Senior Financial Analytics Professional will play a key role in reporting, planning, and strategic analysis within CenterWell’s Home Solutions Organization, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing personalized home care.

In Short

• Work across the business to provide financial insights and support growth initiatives.
• Develop models to measure performance and identify trends.
• Maintain PowerBI reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Perform financial data analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders regarding financial performance.
• Implement and measure business targets (KPI’s).
• Work core business hours in EST/CST.
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience with SQL and multi-dimensional databases.
• Strong financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in managing data for business decision-making.
• Ability to work with diverse teams including clinical and technology professionals.
