Senior Associate, Product Owner - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Associate, Product Owner, you’ll support the development and optimization of data products that enable marketing teams to deliver personalized, effective campaigns across Humana's lines of business.

In Short

• Manage the lifecycle of data products for marketing initiatives.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on stakeholder collaboration.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog for operational and regulatory needs.
• Lead Agile delivery and execution, facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams for data-driven solutions.
• Track product performance metrics for optimization.
• Manage Lean business cases and IT proformas for data products.
• Create comprehensive documentation for product features and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
• Act as a first line of defense for operational issues related to marketing data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership or management in a data-driven environment.
• Proven experience in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data platforms and analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and performance analysis.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on marketing or technology.
• Experience with Lean business case development.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience in healthcare data is a plus.
