Associate Product Owner - Remote

Overview

PerfectServe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our Clinical Communication team. This role supports the planning, development, and delivery of solutions that enhance communication and scheduling workflows in healthcare.

In Short

• Support product planning and delivery in healthcare solutions.
• Work with product leaders, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage and groom the engineering backlog.
• Translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze usage data and customer feedback.
• Contribute to internal documentation.
• Assist in roadmap planning and release coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in driving mobile application initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based decisions.
• Desire to learn product best practices.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Exposure to SaaS or healthcare technology solutions.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows is a plus.
