Product Owner II - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner II will play a crucial role in transforming Humana's Member Administration Platform, focusing on technology modernization and customer-centric operations.

In Short

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for an Agile delivery team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business partners to define product vision.
• Develop user stories and manage the product backlog in JIRA Align.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Ensure traceability of requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Work in a SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
• Must work business hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Compensation includes a bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Practical understanding of SAFE principles.
• Healthcare enrollment experience for Medicare or Medicaid is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and analytic skills are essential.
