Overview

As a Principal Designer for the Enterprise Design System at Humana, you will lead the vision and continuous advancement of our design system, bridging design and engineering, and enhancing digital experiences for our members.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital product design or design systems leadership.
• Expertise in managing enterprise-scale design systems.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Fluency with design and documentation tools.
• Understanding of emerging design technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with agile and iterative development.
• Prior collaboration with engineering leadership.
