Overview

The Learning Design Lead uses instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to address knowledge or performance gaps, working with diverse problems and ensuring course materials meet training needs.

• Utilizes instructional design and cognitive psychology.

• Writes storyboards, scripts, and manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of instructional/learning design experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Prior experience in a consumer-centric company.
• Leadership capability in team dynamics.
• Experience in business and financial analytics.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred: 18 months of Medicare or Medicaid experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in relevant fields.
