In Short

• Own the roadmap for tools and workflows that support campaign intake, planning, approvals, and performance tracking.
• Lead the transition to a modern resource management platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Legal, and IT.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap for MRM capabilities.
• Facilitate working sessions to ensure workflows are intuitive and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Act as embedded support in agile pods.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on AI/ML models.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI and intelligent automation.
• Support integration with orchestration platforms for campaign execution.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation in campaign planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or product management.
• Experience in roadmap development and platform optimization.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning and compliance workflows.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven workflow optimization.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks.
• Background in platform governance and capability innovation.
