As an Associate, Data Analyst, Marketing Audience, you’ll support the development and execution of audience segmentation and targeting strategies for Humana’s marketing campaigns.

In Short

  • Assist in audience segmentation for marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Support development of processes and documentation for audience creation.
  • Monitor audience performance and contribute to optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics partners.
  • Participate in campaign setup and testing.
  • Maintain and adjust existing campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with campaign management tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
