  • Proficient in medical terminology and ICD-10 codes.
  • Customer service experience is desired.
  • Experience with SNF and Home Health is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a metric-driven environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
