Overview

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Medicare and/or managed care experience.
  • Understanding of NCQA HEDIS measures and CMS Star Rating System.
  • Experience in driving interoperability in healthcare.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps in care through metrics and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Preferred experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Knowledge of medical coding is a plus.
