Overview

The Manager, Care Management leads teams of nurses and behavioral health professionals responsible for care management, overseeing the assessment and evaluation of members' needs to achieve optimal wellness.

Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan and travel to Wayne County or Macomb County.
• Active RN or SW license in Michigan.
• Minimum education of an Associate's Degree.
• 5 years of professional experience as a licensed RN or Social Worker.
• 2 years of management experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a dedicated home office space.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Experience in managed care preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
