Manager, Care Management - Behavioral Health - Remote

In Short

• Lead teams of nurses and behavioral health professionals in care management.
• Oversee assessment and evaluation of members' behavioral health needs.
• Ensure compliance with state contracts and performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and mentor a diverse care coordination workforce.
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to benchmarks.
• Identify members for case and disease management activities.
• Make decisions related to resources and tactical operations.
• Work cross-departmentally and conduct briefings.
• Manage up to 13 associates.
• Work from home in the State of Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Must reside in Oklahoma.
• Active RN license or LCSW with a current license in Oklahoma.
• 5+ years of Behavioral Health professional experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing data trends.
• Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
