Data Analyst - Remote

• Coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas.
• Apply advanced expertise in data analytics and modeling.
• Support strategic decision-making and enhance performance.
• Develop, test, and validate initiatives for quality enhancement.
• Integrate business context and strategic insights into financial modeling.
• Communicate complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Design and maintain analytical systems and conduct data-driven analyses.
• Identify and analyze target populations for medication adherence.
• Generate reports and present actionable insights.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 - 5 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient in Python, SAS, and/or C++.
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
