The Broker Relationship Executive engages independently contracted agents regarding retail products available from Humana, focusing on the Medicare population. This role involves relationship management and sales, utilizing telephonic and electronic communication methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years of sales experience or 5+ years of sales experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Medicare products preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
