In Short

• Handle 20 to 35 inbound calls daily from Medicare members.
• Provide solutions to complex benefit questions and issues.
• Document interactions and escalate unresolved grievances.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule after training.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Participate in training programs for skill development.
• Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• Commit to the role for at least 12 months.

Requirements

• Must live in Puerto Rico.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use various computer systems.
• Strong initiative and adaptability to change.
• Must pass a Language Proficiency Assessment in English and Spanish.
• Experience in call center or healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
