In Short

• Oversee end-to-end software or hardware product delivery.
• Work with engineering and test teams to drive products from design to production.
• Integrate Humana data and applications with our Epic instance.
• Perform engineering tests to verify product designs.
• Support Health Systems during onboarding and testing of Epic products.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and quality requirements are met.
• Provide technical support to resolve product-related issues.
• Influence department strategy and make complex decisions.
• Communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Epic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Preferred: Epic Payer Platform Experience.
• Preferred: Epic Bridges Certification.
• Preferred: PMP Certified.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Certified.
• Preferred: MBA or another Advanced Degree.
