Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Experience in making travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint and onboarding new associates.
  • Ability to manage expense reports and financial documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to support urgent business needs.
  • Experience with proofreading and editing.
