Requirements

• Proven experience in paid traffic campaigns for digital products and launches.
• Advanced mastery of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• High analytical capacity: you will handle data, KPIs, and dashboards to optimize decisions.
• Experience with retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation.
• Ability to scale campaigns without compromising profitability.
• Knowledge of conversion funnels, webinars, and online sales strategies.
• Ability to work in a team with creatives, copywriters, and sales strategists.

Desirable (but adds extra points)

• Experience with YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge in marketing automation and CRM.
