Digital Advertising Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage advertising campaigns for our auto dealer customers, responsible for the technical execution of online marketing campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social and Video Advertising services.

In Short

• Manage accounts through the life-cycle from onboarding to regular management.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain an acceptable customer retention rate.
• Act as a consultant by understanding clients' core goals.
• Plan advertising strategy monthly and quarterly with clients.
• Execute and present results of key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients' advertising portfolios.
• Ensure accounts meet client-defined budget and metric goals.
• Optimize accounts based on best practices.
• Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail in communication and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or bid optimization tools.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Experience managing a digital campaign.
