Leap Event Technology is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who will take full ownership of paid search campaigns and collaborate on paid social advertising to fuel our growth.

Own and manage all paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive high-quality lead generation efficiently.
Monitor and manage assigned leads daily through Salesforce lead generation reports.
Manage and optimize budgets across search campaigns for maximum ROI.
Develop and refine keyword strategies and audience targeting.
Continuously test and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist on paid social campaigns across various platforms.
Lead A/B testing initiatives and implement Conversion Rate Optimization strategies.
Analyze test results and apply data-driven insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements
Experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Ability to work collaboratively with design and marketing teams.
Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Ability to manage budgets effectively.
