Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in backend software development.
• Expertise in designing modular distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Experience with transaction processing and automation engines.
• Ability to mentor and influence engineering standards.
• Experience with large-scale backend systems and data processing.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to articulate business benefits from technical decisions.
• Experience in migrating to modern scalable technologies.
