Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Experience with large-scale backend systems and elastic workloads.
• Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL database platforms.
• Ability to grasp accounting and 401(k) domains.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to write maintainable and testable code.
• Proactive mindset to solve customer problems.
• Formal training in computer science-related discipline preferred.
