Overview

As our only HR Ops, you will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, support company culture, coordinate recruitment, and improve the HR environment in a fast-growing international organization.

In Short

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes worldwide.
• Support the team with benefits, visas, salary, and agreements.
• Coordinate recruitment-related issues with Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Improve the HR environment.
• Manage payroll with external accountants.
• Correspond with external service providers globally.
• 3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and administrative writing skills.
• Enjoy working in a decentralized organization.

• Ability to think strategically and solve problems pragmatically.
• Autonomous and communicative.
