Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design.
• Experience in large advertising or digital agencies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Motion design experience.
• Expertise in modern design tools, especially Figma.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in industry events is a plus.
• Passion for impactful storytelling.
• Awareness of current design trends.
