In Short

• Initial Project: Campaign development and video production (3-4 weeks, 40-60 hours total)
• There is a strong likelihood of an ongoing contract at ~10 hrs/week should the initial project go well
• Rate: $55-65/hr
• Location: Remote
• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• 5+ years of art direction experience with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual work
• Exceptional design execution skills to deliver high-quality assets
• Experience with both static design (social media assets) and dynamic content (video)
• Strategic thinking with the ability to provide thoughtful rationale for design decisions
• Proven experience in paid social, primarily Meta platforms
• Experience in product marketing and video production
• Excellent collaboration skills and a creative problem-solving approach
• Web design experience is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or CPG is beneficial
