Staff Software Engineer - Delight Product Group - Remote

Overview

We’re looking to add a Staff Software Engineer to the Delight product group. Staff Software Engineers are highly productive, impactful, and trusted engineers who leverage their skills and knowledge to work autonomously on the most complex projects and set technical direction.

In Short

• Write and ship production code that has meaningful user and business impact
• Envision, build and analyze new features and tools, each contributing to company growth and revenue
• Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, designers, content designers, and researchers
• Collaborate with HubSpotters all over the company
• Help HubSpot users meet their goals, via changes you’ve made
• Implement experiments that give us valuable insights into user behavior
• Get exposure to how HubSpot works as a business
• Be empowered to show up as your authentic self and choose a work style and location

Requirements

• A passion for clean, scalable code and for product feature development
• Experience working closely with product management and designers
• Excited about big, technical challenges and being close to the business
• Experience with Go To Market teams and business process automation
• Interest in developing data analysis skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Coaching and mentorship experience
• Track record in partnering with recruiting to build engineering teams
