In Short

  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for payments acquisition.
  • Define product-led and sales-assisted growth strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Payments Risk & Underwriting and Commerce Specialists.
  • Drive alignment and motivate cross-functional partners.
  • Guide new product ideas from concept to launch.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their journey.
  • Use data to identify and execute strategies for customer experience improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience launching products with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Knowledge of online payments, both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to articulate product vision to various audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to understand customer needs and solve their problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
