Hubble is looking for a Sales Development Representative who has the talent & ability to generate new business leads and support the sales team in achieving business goals. This position is ideal for an individual who is driven, highly organized, and eager to build a career in sales.

• Research and identify potential leads using various resources.
• Initiate outbound communication to introduce Hubble’s products/services.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up.
• Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience in B2B SaaS Enterprise Applications is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields preferred.
