Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Solution Architect, you will be responsible for implementing various modules of D365 CE and acting as a solution advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

In Short

• Act as Functional Solution Architect on D365 CE projects.
• Perform Solution Advisory role during analysis phase.
• Estimate enterprise-level projects and required resources.
• Conduct Business Process Analysis and create Solution Blueprint documents.
• Act as solution advisor during design, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure a formal testing process is in place.
• Finalize functional specifications and deployment plans.
• Provide training for client application use and maintenance.
• Act as escalation point for support issues.
• Adhere to and improve implementation methodology.

Requirements

• Experience working with sales teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to define high-level business requirements.
• Experience in full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM sales.
• Strong presentation skills to articulate business value.
• Experience maintaining demonstration environments and tools.
• Participation in project scoping and strategy workshops.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft feature enhancements.
• Experience in defining investment opportunities for Dynamics 365 IP.
