Overview

We’re looking for a talented Temp Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and make a lasting impact on our critical growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing and attracting top-tier tech talent (mainly focused on SF hiring), while also shaping innovative recruiting strategies to ensure we continue building a world-class team.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and manage candidate experiences.
• Utilize various recruitment tactics to identify passive job seekers.
• Implement strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Maintain data and process efficiency in the ATS.
• Contribute to innovative ideas for team success.
• Participate in employer branding and recruiting events.
• Stay knowledgeable about tech trends and unique skillsets.
• 3-month temp position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in technical recruiting for roles like Software Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Experience with sourcing tools and strategies.
• Eagerness to learn and iterate in a dynamic setting.
