Headspace is seeking a Staff Business Intelligence Engineer to build a world-class reporting infrastructure and provide data expertise in developing efficient, reliable, and scalable BI tools and systems.

In Short

Gather business requirements and propose technical solutions.
Create aggregated data tables for analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Mental Health Care metrics.
Strong DBT modeling experience.
Optimize data reporting ETL processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting suite.
Identify areas for improvement in data modeling and reporting.
Learn best practices in BI solutions.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Present findings to executive leadership.

Requirements

10+ years of SQL/Tableau/Looker development experience.
10+ years in data modeling and ETL development.
10+ years in collaborative analytics environments.
10+ years with big data technologies.
3+ years with DBT and creating a semantic layer.
Knowledge of data management fundamentals.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong project management experience.
Experience in mentoring team members.
