Reporting & Insights Analyst - Commercial - Remote

Overview

The Headspace Client Reporting team is seeking an experienced Reporting & Insights Analyst to play a key role in driving and enhancing our Employer, Partner & Health Plan client insights and reporting portfolio.

In Short

• Build and maintain complex queries and dashboards for reporting needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides.
• Produce business analysis deliverables for projects.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor Service Delivery function against SLAs.
• Perform structured data analyses for teams.
• Assist in identifying business process issues.
• Understand system architecture impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of IT/data analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling with data.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to synthesize data into narratives.
• Experience in contributing data-backed insights.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
