Senior Reporting & Insights Analyst - Commercial - Remote

Overview

The Headspace Client Reporting team is seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to play a key role in driving Employer, Partner & Health Plan client insights and reporting.

In Short

• Design and manage complex queries and dashboards for operational/performance reporting metrics.
• Produce business analysis deliverables for projects.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on Service Delivery function against SLAs.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support business stakeholders.
• Identify business process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Understand system architecture impacts when implementing solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of IT/data analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story using data.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze upstream and downstream effects of changes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and making business recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
