Overview

This position is responsible for managing benefits enrollment and providing guidance on human resources and benefits administration.

In Short

  • Remote position based in the US.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation plan administration.
  • Expertise in ERISA, FLSA, and ACA regulations.
  • Primary contact for health and welfare plan administration.
  • Management of the annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Assistance with Leave requests and Disability management.
  • Administration of the Incentive Pay program.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of solid Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit and compensation plan administration.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, FLSA, and ACA regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • PHR or SPHR designation desired but not essential.
