FP&A Specialist - Remote

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to drive the financial planning, reporting and business analysis at HousingAnywhere Group. Your expertise will be key to transform financial processes and ensure data-driven decision making across the company. In Short

• Work closely with the Director of Finance on financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead month-end closure processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports highlighting key trends and opportunities.
• Conduct financial performance analysis against budgets and trends.
• Strengthen financial planning and analysis processes.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data integrity and improve financial reporting processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in financial planning or analysis.
• Master or Post Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and quantitative analysis skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into strategic insights.
• Effective communicator with leadership skills.
• Independent, self-starter, and hands-on.
• Experience in a fast tech scale-up or SME is a plus.
• CFA or CPA is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
