FP&A Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical FP&A Specialist to join our global FP&A team, playing a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making in a growing mobility tech company.

In Short

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for profitability analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze the company's financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation and digitalization of reports and dashboards.
• Support investment evaluations, cost optimization projects, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
