Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead the evolution of our Booking Engine—the core product powering direct bookings, guest portals, upsells, SEO, and conversion flows.

Lead the evolution of the Booking Engine.
Work across the stack: backend services (Node.js, PHP) and frontend experiences (React, TypeScript).
Collaborate with Product and Design to define problems clearly.
Drive architectural improvements for maintainability and developer velocity.
Mentor and coach engineers.
Influence engineering practices around quality and performance.
Ensure a delightful user experience.
Focus on customer and product needs.
6+ years of SaaS software engineering experience required.
Strong skills in either frontend or backend development.

Track record of building customer-facing features.
Strong grasp of relational databases.
