Join Honeycomb as a Payroll Specialist and be a key player in our exciting global expansion! You’ll have a pivotal role in shaping our payroll operations, maintaining compliance with payroll laws, and assisting in the transition to new payroll systems.

In Short

• Maintain, review and validate data for US, Canada, and UK payrolls.
• Process payments for final paychecks and adjustments.
• Assist in the transition from Rippling to Workday.
• Manage employee expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies.
• Audit payroll tax records and participate in audits.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Stay updated on tax regulations affecting payroll.
• Provide payroll reports to internal departments.

Requirements

• BS in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Workday required.
• Experience with multi-subsidiaries and global payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures and tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with account reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel preferred.
