Overview

As a Sales Manager at SECRA, you will play a central role in the growth and success of the company by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies to promote business growth.
  • Building long-term, trusting customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining and expanding key partnerships with strategic customers.
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and exploration of new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing sales metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Creating and presenting sales reports for senior management.
  • Frequent travel to meet customers and attend conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and B2B.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in acquiring and developing new business opportunities.
  • High level of initiative, determination, and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to adapt in a constantly evolving market.
  • Analytical skills to identify market potentials and continuously optimize sales strategies.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license and willingness to visit customers on-site.
