In Short

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up
  • Close deals and achieve monthly quotas as well as keep a well organized and maintained pipeline
  • Have a clear understanding of the product and provide an above the expectations quality of service to be able to upsell products and services
  • Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution
  • Proactively improve processes for you and your team
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience with proven inside sales experience
  • Are a natural people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong skills and desire to master the art of consultative selling, especially on the phone
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Pipedrive or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus
  • High proficiency in English. Proficiency in a second European language, such as Italian, Polish, or Portuguese, at a professional level would be advantageous. We also welcome candidates with proficiency in other languages.
