Client Service Associate – Travel - Remote

Overview

We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our growing travel team as a Client Service Associate – Travel. In this role, you will assist clients with travel planning, provide excellent customer service, and help coordinate memorable travel experiences.

In Short

• Assist clients with researching and planning travel experiences including cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
• Communicate with travel suppliers to coordinate reservations and travel details
• Maintain accurate client records and booking information
• Share travel promotions, updates, and destination information with clients
• Support clients before, during, and after their travel as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using email, social media, and basic online tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
