Overview

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel Booking Agent. In this role, you will assist clients with researching and booking travel arrangements, helping them plan vacations that fit their interests, preferences, and schedules.

• Assist clients with researching and booking travel such as cruises, vacation packages, hotels, and tours
• Provide helpful information about destinations, travel options, and available promotions
• Coordinate travel reservations through approved travel suppliers
• Communicate with clients to confirm travel details and answer questions
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
• Stay updated on travel supplier policies, promotions, and destination information
• Provide support to clients before and after their travel when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Interest in travel and helping others plan trips
• Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required
