• Join the Employee Experience team as an Android Engineer.
• Enhance the employee app for small business teams.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams.
• Maintain core features like onboarding and payment options.
• Contribute to engineering strategy and development processes.
• Ensure quality, performance, and security in software.
• 4+ years of Mobile Software Engineering experience required.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Android frameworks is essential.
• Testing framework experience is a plus.
• Work from the office twice a week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Mobile Software Engineering experience.
• Expert in Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines, and various Android frameworks.
• Experience with Java and Jet pack components is nice to have.
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented software design.
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Jira, Git, Github, CircleCI.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
